5 Minute Avocado Tuna Bowls

I whipped these up a few days ago and after tasting them, I decided they were too good not to share! They look fancy and like you spent awhile making them but really they're so easy to take it's almost ridiculous. And they taste amazing! Who doesn't love spending 5 minutes on a delicious recipe? Plus it's relatively healthy, sooooo win-win!

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

1 can chunk light tuna in water

1 red bell pepper

1 roma tomato

1 avocado

1 tablespoon mustard

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon dill weed

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS:
Open your tuna and drain as much of the water out as you can, set aside. Next dice your red pepper and roma tomato, add those to the bowl with your tuna. Now carefully cut open your avocado and carefully remove the pit and slice the avocado meat inside into small pieces, make sure not to cut the shell since you'll be using those as the "bowls". Toss the avocado bits into the bowl with your tuna, red pepper and tomato. Add the mustard, mayo, dill and onion powder into the bowl and mix until everything is coated and the spices and sauce are mixed together. Spoon into your leftover avocado shells, grab a spoon and enjoy!
