The Easiest Chicken Dinner You Will Ever Make

We all know that time is short and precious and while no one seems to have a lot of it these days its always nice (and important if you ask me) to sit down as a family at the dinner table for good home cooked meal. If you agree well have I got the recipe for you! Seriously only takes a few minutes to prepare and is so good that not only will your taste buds thank you but so will your family!

Prep Time: 10 mins or less
Cook Time: 1 hour
Oven Temp: 400 Degrees
Makes 2-4 servings

What You Will Need:

1 package Chicken breasts

1 package whole mushrooms

2 carrots (peeled and cut up)

3 cups broccoli florets

1/2 stick real butter

Montreal steak seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, lightly spray a 9x13 cake pan with spray oil (optional), lay chicken breasts in pan and sprinkle with steak seasoning, wash mushrooms and lay around chicken along with the cut up carrots and broccoli florets, sprinkle everything again with steak seasoning (you'll want to cover the chicken pretty good but only lightly sprinkle the veggies), cut up the half stick of butter and toss over top of the chicken and veggies cover with tin foil and bake in oven for 1 hour. Adding water is unnecessary since by the time it has finished baking there will be a decent amount of broth in the bottom of the pan (gives it SO MUCH flavor) from the water content in the chicken and veggies! After finished cooking, let cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
