Thank you to Raymour & Flanigan for providing the furniture for this space. All expressed opinions are 100% my own.
Recently, my stepdaughter moved off on her own and into a new apartment! So much fun right? But like most college students, she didn't have much money to put towards new furniture to furnish her new apartment, or much time to do it. I'm so excited to have teamed up with Raymour & Flanigan to help her out and get her some new furniture in her place. We had so much fun looking over Raymour & Flanigan's website seeing what all they had to offer, and even more fun choosing her new items in store when we visited the Raymour & Flanigan showroom in Jamestown New York this past month.

Tiff loves the farmhouse style so we gravitated to neutrals and whites when choosing pieces for her new home, classic pieces that would look timeless for years to come, and that would also transition well if in the future she decides to go with a different theme or color pallet for her home.
I absolutely cannot wait to share the entire room with you, but in the meantime I'll share a little about the pieces we chose below!
We chose this sofa because of the versatile and pretty neutral color, but also because it was so comfortable, I mean, who can pass up comfortable AND pretty?! Also don't you just love those reversible throw pillows that came with it? I accented with a couple more throw pillows because, well, you can never have too many throw pillows, the cozier the better in my opinion. This lamp seemed like such a fun piece, and adds such a unique statement to what would be an otherwise boring old corner, instead it's an awesome corner not only because of the lamp, but also because of the prettiest little side table that we chose. A distressed and rustic looking piece that's both cute and functional as a spot to sit drinks, hide your TV remote and store college textbooks.
Of course you can never have too much storage, so we snagged this classic dresser for storage and topped it with some pretty dried hydrangeas, some trays (similar ones found here) and a pop of shine with some copper mugs. We needed a pretty media console and this one just stole our hearts (I almost want to get the same one for our home, it's that pretty), and I just love how unique it is. The color is so pretty and the woodwork on the doors is absolute perfection, plus it has a ton of room for storing books, movies and pretty decor. Topped with a TV, a few other items like a pumpkin spice candle (I know, but I just can't help myself, give me allll the pumpkin everything), cotton stems, and this vintage fan decoration. The shelves are a great place to store school workbooks, a vintage mason jar, and an adorable wire basket filled with our favorite magazine, the Magnolia Journal of course! I accented nearby with a handmade basket filled with a cozy throw blanket and this "Family" throw pillow from Raymour and Flanigan.
Stay tuned for the full reveal coming soon!
